Start from scratch or fix what’s already there?

The interior surfaces of a new building are raw: the walls are usually freshly plastered or made of bare blocks; the floors are uneven concrete slabs, and the ceilings are open to whatever solution you consider. The work follows a logical sequence: the base is prepared, the finish is applied, the floors are installed, and the tiles are laid in the wet rooms and kitchen. Once these works are completed, the finished space is handed over.
